The item featured here is a set of sun glasses as issued to members of the armed forces during the Vietnam war. Plastic frame. Plastic lenses. Complete with a black plastic carrying case. The original instructions are printed on a paper with the same shape as the glasses. They are attached to the glasses via friction.

Do not scratch the lens, the plastic lens of this sunglass is
shatter-resistant, safer and lighter than glass lenses, but
easily scratched if abused. When not in use, protect against
dirt and hard objects. To make the lens last longer, clean dust
and finger prints by (1) washing with water (2) steamong with breath...
