Authorized on May 1st 1939. It was issued to recognize examplarary work performed in the
service of welfare.
The design of the stick pin consisted of a round metal shape with a cross in the center. An eagle is
placed in the middle of the cross. The wings are retracted. The plumeage is defined by two rows. The
upper one is short. The lower one is long. The eagle is clutching a wreath with a swastika in the
center.
