This is a Luftwaffe Female Auxiliary pin. It was issued to
female personnel who assisted with various administrative activities during the war.
The design of the stickpin consisted of a wreath with a section of the top
missing. It is tied at the bottom with a lace. A swastika is placed in the center
of the wreath. Wings protruding from the left and right sides touch the wreath
therefore providing an anchor point for the swastika.
Single piece,
all metal construction .
Very nice detailing to the leaves of the wreath. Nice plumeage to the wings.
