The design of the stickpin consists of a shield with an eagle mounted over it. The shield
is of enamel construction and has a cross formed by black lines. The upper left quadrant
is of red color with 5 black stars. The rest of the quadrants are white. The center forms
a rotated square with a black swastika in the center. The shield is made of
enamel.
The eagle has squared retracted wings. With Three sectional tips about the shoulder
area. The head is facing to the right. The beak is well defined.
