This is a collection of German WWII bread bags. Of canvis construction. Two loops are provided to secure to the
belt. a third support is placed between the loops. It has a metal bracket which can also connect to the belt.
some of the bags had leather supports while others were all canvis.
The bags were worn in the back of the belt. some of the bags were stamped with the date and manufacturer's name.
the bread bags were Used by soldiers of all branches to hold food and personal belongings. Notice that the color
varied depending on the branch of the service.
