WWII GERMAN FIELD COMMUNICATION BOX -
This is a German WWII Communications junction box. Used to connect field phones in the battlefield. Of wood and
metal construction. Rectangular shape with one corner cutt-off at an angle. Six double connectors are lining up
one side of the box. A schematic diagram has been etched to one side, it illustrate the circuitry of the box.
A leather carrying case was issued with the junction box. Two leather loops secure it to a belt. A metal bracket
has been sewn to the upper/center section. The load bearing shoulder harness attached to the bracket.
