WWII Japanese Award - Personal Valor - This is a WWII Japanese medal. Issued to soldiers
who performed courageous acts in the face of battle.
Of metal construction. Silver color. The front of the
medal bears the image of three soldiers advancing towards an obstacle while carrying a bangalore explosive.
The bottom of the medal has Japanese characters that read "To 3 brave fighting soldiers".
The back of the award is plain.
There is no suspension system. It does not appear that one ever existed.
