The Vietnam war saw the begining of a new era in the development of the combat
uniform.  Lighter materials, which were tear resistant and provided better 
ventilation were employed.

Of sateen construction.  With two lower straight pockets.  Green plastic buttons are employed
to close the shirt and the flaps for the pockets.  The shirt also has a pocket in the shoulder
