HOME ROOST WELCOMES MARAUDERS

"Men who have flown B26s in action against the Japs in the SouthWest Pacific and Alaska. flew the ninth and twelveth Marauders back to the home roost. Captain Kenneth Dempster points to one of the bombers credited with participating in sinking five Jap ships. At the right Captain Edgar G. Gammon points to the other Martin, displayin six hash marks, both ships flew with a Martin group in Alaska. The lower picture shows Captain Gammon and crew members standing by one of the ships. All Glenn A Martin employees saw the battle scarred veterans - and heard combat pilots praise their battle performance at a plant turnout during the visit of the National Investors Council yesterday."
