This is an RH 75 fighting knife. As manufactured during WWII. This knife is part of the RH family which was created for civilian and military use. Made in the USA.

The handle in this knife is not the standard used in most RH knives. This one is made of stag horn with a carved crown type pommel. The crossguard is very small. The blade is of single edge construction. The base of the blade has the RH 75 markings.

The scabbard is made of leather. The sides are riveted and stiched with white cotton thread. Two slits are cut to provide a belt loop. A strap is placed near the top. It has a metal snap. The strap goes around the handle when the knife is placed in the sheath.
